Pros
Flexible hours, great pay, EVEN BETTER PAY on holidays. Benefits are great - if and when you get full-time. Lots of room for promotion.
Cons
It's a call center - so the same as any other place. Grumpy customers, process flow isn't always updated. Having to deal with other subcontracted companies that poorly train their employees.
