      Pros

      I am paid a decent salary, benefits are mediocre but I have seen worse

      Cons

      I have never worked for a company that cares less for their people. It might be better if you are in Monroe, but anywhere else, they'd be happy if you quit so they don't have to pay you a severance package. Worked for other Fortune 500 companies andthe CTL systems and procedures are a decade behind. Please let the economy get better so we can all get out of here!

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      work life balance, excellent time off so long as manager doesn’t micromanage/track and limit FTO, nice people, leadership has turned the business around.

      Cons

      No pay raises even with great performance review (5years with zero raise) No career growth/progression - been on a high-performing team for 5 years and not one person on the team has been progressed or promoted during that time. Little opportunity for career advancement and growth New jobs within the company are going to external hires, not much grwoth for current employees
