This Company Offeres Competitive Pay and incentives for its associates. Unlike others I;ve worked for who would let a department go on the fly to save by restructuring this company does exceedingly well. The CEO is wonderful aswell. Though like most conmpanies that have hick-ups and financial adjustments that impact the employees, Centurylink does well to minimize any collateral damage on associates and communities alike, that itself makes me proud to be apart of their team.
Cons
Centurylink like most companies at this time undergo financial changes to compensation and as a part of the retail sector. It has become increasingly difficult to maintain the quotas set by centurylink in part due to this economic situation that some refuse to acknowledge.
