      Pros

      They pay is pretty decent with start rate at $10.50 plus commission and the benefits are not too bad for in my town. The local management team is fairly nice and sociable.

      Cons

      The hours are not that great and too many levels to go through. It is very difficult to move up with this company because job slot availability and extensive interviews with not much hope given.

      The people are friendly and helpful, the work is engaging, deadlines are flexible, collaboration is smooth

      Cons

      Moves slow at times, contractors are unreliable, projects can be delayed or outright scrapped after being worked on

      Pros

      work life balance, excellent time off so long as manager doesn’t micromanage/track and limit FTO, nice people, leadership has turned the business around.

      Cons

      No pay raises even with great performance review (5years with zero raise) No career growth/progression - been on a high-performing team for 5 years and not one person on the team has been progressed or promoted during that time. Little opportunity for career advancement and growth New jobs within the company are going to external hires, not much grwoth for current employees
