Working with Technology can be very enjoyable and rewarding. Local Management was willing to listen and fight for their employees.
Cons
Lacked clear direction Treated employees as if they didn't care if you stayed or left Not willing to compete in smaller markets, so customer base slowly left for better offerings Grew too fast and forgot about the principles and customers that got the company where they are today. Disorganized and lacked creativity and vision
