      Pros

      Somewhat competitive pay Some managers & leads are very well-qualified and do a great job; however, executive leadership and corporate policy limits their overall ability to make positive, influential changes as needed.

      Cons

      Showing little to no growth quarter to quarter (wouldn't be surprised if the company is acquired by a larger, more successful telecom or cable company in the next 2-3 years) High turnover Very unstable Little opportunity for growth Disorganized Poor end-product (extremely slow internet service)

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
