Duties were not what I was told I would be doing. Workload continued to become more and more until eventually it was too much. I didn't feel like the workload was balanced between all teammates. Manager wasn't horrible, but he never took the time to listen quietly before making his remarks. He never took the time to conduct actual quarterly reviews for year end preformance time.... This was disappointing. No training whatsoever. Every single one of the employees does everything they possibly can to get out of doing work or answering any questions, no matter which department... Apparently, they do not offer any type of merit or COLO increases in pay either. When you get hired, the compensation seems acceptable for the work performed- until some time goes by and you are completely bogged down with everything, have little to no help, and no resources at all. Also, no phone or internet reimbursements either.
