Pros
Medical benefits are great as are the perks. Free movie screenings occasionally, free video games occasionally, free meals occasionally. Everything is just enough to keep everyone at the lower levels happy. The buildings are incredible and the grounds state of the art - there's even a stream that runs through campus. The parking is free which they dont want to advertise but it's a great perk, especially for the city. The dress code is very nonchalant. Executives consistently wear jeans and t-shirts. The food is to die for though unlike Google it's not free... or even that affordable. Should you feel like taking a break from work to play in an un-paralleled multiplayer video game lab, it's not out of reach. The people are also amazing. Very very sharp, intelligent peeps that make you feel right at home. This plays to the managements advantage as there doesnt seem to be much room for vertical or lateral growth.
Cons
Growth opportunities as of today are poor at best. It's too easy to get "stuck" in one's role. Upward movement seems difficult unless, a) you work here for years and years, or b) you come in at a high level. Though the people are great (really nice, accommodating: they hold doors open for you) the various departments tend to eat together, play together, work together - in other words, if you're in marketing, chances are you will spend most of your time with marketers. This isn't because animators don't like marketers or that recruiters don't like those in PR, it's more just the way the apple falls.
