Pros
-Location: The Presidio is beautiful and it's a pleasure to walk around the campus -Benefits are pretty good (while they last) -Nice cafeteria with healthy food options if a bit on the expensive side
Cons
-Horrible management with supervisors and upper management who don't give a rat's patooty how much value you attempt to add to your job or how many hours you spend coming up to speed. They belittle you and try to tell you how marginal your progress is even when you're killing yourself getting work done. Oh and I forgot to add what a miraculously high level of hypocrasy there is in this company given that when internal communication is sent from upper management criticizing you, they don't even use spellcheck, so you can literally pick apart the grammatical blunders in their correspondence 1 by 1. -Backstabbing coworkers: ideally a place like this should be a collaborative environment with generally friendly and outgoing colleagues who work together. Instead, you need to watch your back like a hawk because as your coworkers smile at you one minute, they're trying to sabotage your job security the next and behind your back. Depending on the department, your coworkers also tend to be overly obnoxious and act like they've got a chip on their shoulder while giving you 20 reasons why they can't help. -Low pay that is nowhere near industry standard.
