Pros

Some of my peers were great

Cons

The company culture. The lack of diversity. The pay. The micromanaging. If you are black do not work here. In my time here I was mistreated from day 1. Nothing I ever did was good enough. Management does not care about you unless you are one of their favorites. Do not work here unless you want to have mental breakdowns everyday. Your manager will knit pick at every single thing you do to find an error. Training is non existent. Also work from home starts after 3 months and if your manager wants to approve. Which mine if course did not. Otherwise you are in an old fashioned low tech office every single day. They are not transparent in the interview process at all. About anything.

Pros

A true “team effort” environment. I think it really depends on who your team lead is and the dynamic of the group you work with. You will get a ton of experience fine tuning skills as they provide constant trainings and resources to learn. Decent pay when compared to competitor companies and great 401k plan. Plenty of company and marketing events. Hybrid work is great. Again to preface, who you work with can make or break the atmosphere, but everyone I’ve met has been extremely nice and willing to help. Opportunities to grow within the company.

Cons

Health benefits could be better. Company is really pushing new business and there can be a lot of work and last minute fires to put out that can feel daunting. There have been quite a few times I’ve worked late into the night to get things wrapped up. You need to self organize or things can easily fall through the cracks very quickly. A lot of meetings that can take up a majority of your day - leaving less time to get actual work done.

Pros

My team is great, from management to contractors.

Cons

Constant overtime due to poor planning and communication. Unbearably underpaid from market value While being in a specialty service department, we are constantly missing out on big events like the end of final year party or red Friday because account teams don’t plan ahead and we get stuck working their rush while they go and party.
