Pros
Benefits like 401k match, gym, community service days
Cons
This place has turned into a sweat shop where all the good employees work 70+ hours a week while all senior AEs are working 3 days a week and just go to carrier lunches and events. The producers make ridiculous money on the backs of associates while taking 3 month ski trip, call in to client meetings from their boat, and complain about private schools/renovating second luxury home/which six figure car to buy next. This company is out of touch and insurance broking skills are from 10 - 15 years ago, and most senior employees don't know how to broker in todays day in age. Company is governed and promoted by tenure which perpetuates long tenured employees to coast as they are protected. Senior leadership is still a good old white boy network.
