A true “team effort” environment. I think it really depends on who your team lead is and the dynamic of the group you work with. There have been quite a few times I’ve worked late into the night to get things wrapped up. You need to self organize or things can easily fall through the cracks very quickly. A lot of meetings that can take up a majority of your day - leaving less time to get actual work done.
