      Entrepreneur friendly, great management communication, flexible work hours, unique exposure to various London syndicates, solid underwriting model and financially rewarding.

      Cons

      Internal growth is hard to achieve, associates are limited in marketing and client exposure, strictly a wholesale broker only distribution pipeline.
