Pros

Most roles are relatively easy to learn and to perform to a decent standard without much effort, once you get past the thousands of acronyms designed to make work appear more technical it really is, the work is rather numbing. People are pleasant, the brand is well known and there is no shortage of extra-curricular activities to get involved in.

Cons

The Old Guard mentality is frightening. Women and minorities have a tough ride, despite Inga's attempts at expanding the diversity agenda. There is great animosity between 'Company' and 'Market', which each side blaming each other for the organisation's inability to improve efficiencies and retain market share. Every year or so there is a new futile attempt at modernisation which typically achieves very little beyond increasing the share of liabilities in the balance sheet. Not odd, considering the old guard is still in charge of effecting changes designed to diminish their influence.
