      Pros

      If you work in London you will be in the iconic building. There are some great people working here and you can learn about the nuances of the Lloyds Insurance market

      Cons

      Considering how innovative the insurance is, the IT to support the Corperation is extremely risk adverse and therefore lags behind. It takes too long to get a project approved, so most people circumvent IT and bring in an outside company that means nothing is connected. There are too many chiefs and not enough Indians.
