Pros
Many Pros to this company, the people are great and most attitudes are very positive. Good work-life balance, fantastic benefits for full-time employees. Open communication, good review process, and growth potential if you want it. There have been many changes to this company in the past few years. Delegation of responsibilities has been implemented and the company does not have a dictatorship feel. The management structure has been re-organized and I have never felt negative stress in my position. Yes, you will work. You are not entitled to the salary you are getting paid without working for it. The work-load, however, has never been more than one can handle. I am sure the Production Area does have more time crunch expectations. It really depends on your position and manager - JUST LIKE ANY OTHER JOB/COMPANY. Your work hours and expectations depend on your position. If you are a Marketer - the job description clearly states 75% travel or more. You are expected to travel. If you are an Admin, very little to no travel, likely 8a-5p position. If you are in Production, you work what needs to be worked to get the equipment built, you get over-time, etc. Work/Life Balance is dictated by your position in the company and your own attitude.
Cons
Very few. There are a few modifications to company policy that I would suggest revising, but nothing unbearable. Communication between departments has improved immensely.
