Pros
Many highly qualified people with great ideas. People want to see success and growth not simply show up.
Cons
No defined mission or company goals. Total lack of leadership. Parent company controls the purse from outside us and no budget to accomplish anything. Board of directors has no idea what employees really face daily. Employees have no hope of growth or personal advancement. No professional development matters.
