Poor pay, not being valued, lack of management drive for rewarding employees even when based on proven years of good performance. Currently doing a higher level role on previous roles pay (not changed in 3 years even now doing a promoted job role for +12 months) - constant pushback for salary alignment to current role with no reason or evidence given, Italian management are a big issue and treat UK poorly with no respect
