      -Remote work -Company is helpful in moving you within itself -People are very relaxed and willing to help wherever they can -People are humble and nice -6% 401k match with immediate vestment

      Cons

      -Pay is not as competitive but still ok -Not really willing to negotiate on pay -Promotions usually lead to $3-5 raises per hour (small pay bump)

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
