      Pros

      Outstanding support among peers, remote options. Good pay range based on experience. Internal promotion opportunities. Work life balance and generous PTO after a year of employment. Excellent management within my department.

      Cons

      Benefits can be a bit pricey but worth it. 401, stock, insurance, hsa options available.

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
