      Good benefits, good vacation and sick policy, good salary

      Cons

      Bad management style, poor quality systems, very dependent on education so if you have less than PhD don't expect to move up or get external training

      Stepping stone and cash grab

      Cons

      This company is blacklisted by most other chemical plants in that cluster. Horrible management they have no experience outside of good ole boy system Operators are not team oriented and the union is not worth being in/ have not saved one employee ever. Corporate sticks besides management regardless of any wrongdoing
