      Health benefits are okay. Workers a generally friendly

      Cons

      Work load continuously increases while work force shrinks. Site manager is too busy worrying about corporate demands to consider recognizing and rewarding site employees. Company continues to invest in nonvalue added work, yet refuses to increase salaries during times of high inflation.

      Stepping stone and cash grab

      Cons

      This company is blacklisted by most other chemical plants in that cluster. Horrible management they have no experience outside of good ole boy system Operators are not team oriented and the union is not worth being in/ have not saved one employee ever. Corporate sticks besides management regardless of any wrongdoing
