      Good future outlook for the company. Growing, vested in growth in North America

      Cons

      Growing pains. Different systems, different cultures. The mergers have not been completed beyond names. Sites are not connected to eachother, differences in how they function.

      Stepping stone and cash grab

      Cons

      This company is blacklisted by most other chemical plants in that cluster. Horrible management they have no experience outside of good ole boy system Operators are not team oriented and the union is not worth being in/ have not saved one employee ever. Corporate sticks besides management regardless of any wrongdoing
