      Great atmosphere within the department. High level of Trust and Transparency within HR colleagues due to conscious efforts of Leader . Leader gives ample opportunity to learn and recognizes good efforts.

      Stepping stone and cash grab

      Cons

      This company is blacklisted by most other chemical plants in that cluster. Horrible management they have no experience outside of good ole boy system Operators are not team oriented and the union is not worth being in/ have not saved one employee ever. Corporate sticks besides management regardless of any wrongdoing
