      Was once a good company when it was Chemtura.

      Cons

      Management. Tons of nepotism!!! You will not move up in this company. No work life balance. DO NOT GET SICK. They will give you the runaround.

      Stepping stone and cash grab

      Cons

      This company is blacklisted by most other chemical plants in that cluster. Horrible management they have no experience outside of good ole boy system Operators are not team oriented and the union is not worth being in/ have not saved one employee ever. Corporate sticks besides management regardless of any wrongdoing
