Cons
People don't get rewarded based on their merits despite the work they do. If you want to climb the corporate ladder or succeed in the company, then you are better off spending all your time at work becoming buddies with senior management rather than doing meaningful work that have high impact to the business. The US office leaves a lot to be desired. The HR team is structurally unorganized and lacks transparency. No one is safe, everyone is expendable.
