Hello, Thanks for your review. If i haven't misunderstood i believe your comment on our management is that people don't move often and therefore it is harder to progress in to roles. We do understand it takes longer in our business to develop within one boutique due to manager longevity, however we think it is great that people love to stay with us! So we try to progress across regions and with management development programmes where we can! Hope this helps.
