      Strong training program for product knowledge and selling skills. Generous employee discount enabled us to purchase products for personal use.

      Cons

      Limited opportunity for growth due to small number of boutiques. Also not enough emphasis on succession planning and promoting from within. Many qualified candidates overlooked.
