Brilliant Training is provided instore/online and sometimes at Head office Opportunities to go and work in other stores when cover is required(this is great to meet other employees) Product allocation on a monthly basis(this also includes new product launches) Generous at Christmas time with rewarding gift/products Team incentives always run and the prizes are great if you achieve them My manager and my team were great to work alongside with

It's a high email driven company (you do receive a lot of emails in one day)sometimes its super hard to read/respond to them all when you are on a new launch day It is slightly unorganized when it comes to a new launch and you are missing things in that delivery for props/posters
