Pros

Most products are good products. Great PROSPERITY culture on paper and beautiful vision and story of Olivier Baussan. Some peers and management above are committed and helpful. HR team lived the values and responsive.

Cons

Most comments I've read here regarding corporate management not caring about their employees are consistent and sadly true (favouritism/biased and bonus oriented), there's no open door policy and are ignored when trying to contact. My past DM was terrible and incompetent to be in that position. They didn't not know how to manage, played favourites/biased, did not listen and ignored when trying to contact, only focused on non-achievable sales goals and didn't provide the support and training that I was told and expected to have. Initial and further training from corporate trainer was unimpressive and could not be contacted nor responded back to email requests after and during my time there. Policy stated monthly gratis, but only received every three months or so. Company states being environmentally friendly but are very wasteful with their shipping, packaging, promotions & marketing and recycling as this should be communicated and done at all levels. Company supports charities such as Dress for Success and empowering and supporting women, but as a women, single mother and hard working and caring professional, I was not supported and not supported in any work/life balance. I left because I didn't feel the support, culture and values.
