Pros
It's a lovely and fun environment to work in, and the gratis is always very generous. You become really passionate about the products because you see how so many people love them. Great benefits too, even for part-time!
Cons
I was really lucky to have a great manager, but if you don't have a manager who supports you and your team well, it would be a negative experience because retail can be stressful.
