Pros

The only pros are the benefits and vacation time.

Cons

No room for growth unless you work for the corporate office. First three years of mandatory "New Staff Training" in which you have to fly to the corporate office in New Jersey three times a year for a week each time for 3 years. This should not be called New Staff Training since it has absolutely NOTHING to do with any of the roles of the trainees. Trainees are not receiving ANY training in their particular role, its just a Kumon brain washing experience. Cult like atmosphere. LOTS of mandatory unnecessary traveling LOTS!

Pros

Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

Cons

Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
