      Pros

      - A glimpse into a life working in a sweatshop.

      Cons

      - Basically a homework marking sweatshop for high school students. - You have to mark homework for 3 hrs non-stop. (Because employers are only legally obligated to give a break every 4 hrs...) - Minimum wage and neck pains, of course. - Would not let you do anything other than marking (ex. tutoring)

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
