      - Flexible Hours - Not minimum wage - Good training

      Cons

      - Not welcoming, although depends on the boss. I had several unpleasant moments, where the boss is very passive aggressive to me for not knowing procedures I am not trained for.

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
