      flexible hours, highly satisfying to see students progress and develop through the years, strong curriculums in Math and Reading.

      hard to grow student base if not in a great location, not enough marketing support from corporate.

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
