      Lack of communication and recognition of hard work. There is constant turn around of employees. Higher management is disrespectful and condescending. Low to no area of growth

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
