Pros
The pay was good and it was fun doing the job. I really liked the teaching experience and I felt that I really made a difference for the kids. If anyone high school student feels this way, they should also join Kumon and teach.
Cons
It was a little difficult balancing the school work and the job especially since the manager changed the hours, but if you are in high school, it should be perfect to work there.
