      -Super easy -Flexible times for schedule

      ***dependent on location**** -terrible boss who constantly lied and was full of themself -prideful and rude management -hierarchy affected the upper management's attitude -never got a raise in the 2 years working there

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
