      Pros

      I had very easy hours, a lot of flexibility in terms of scheduling, the work was simple, it made you feel good to work with kids.

      Cons

      The job had very poor pay, the atmosphere was not very motivating for both the students and workers, overall, a depressing place to work.

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
