      Kids are fun to work with Challenging/rewarding to teach certain kids generally relaxed atmosphere good hours no qualifications needed to tutor

      Cons

      pay is minimum wage dealing with parents dealing with kids who don't want to work or want to make your life miserable grading is grueling and mind-numbing monotony

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
