      Low paid, but simple part-time job.

      Cons

      Management does not pay accurately according to the hours work. Employee has to be on top of the hours at all times. Unnecessary micromanagement. The owners want to make money, so they tell all parents that their child has to start from the beginning, even when that is not true.

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
