      Pros

      Lots of similar students,assistants that started the same and offer good advice in terms of work load, admin. My instructor takes pride in the team and is patient with the occasional slip up especially in a stressful period.

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
