      Chill time working and got hands on experience with kids

      I think a lot of Kumons center don’t train the new employees by the book. I often found there were new rules about how I needed to explain a content that I was not aware of. So maybe having an online course to teach according to their standard

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
