      Pros

      great place to work as a student, most of the people working at my kumon center were also students so it was a good work environment and we got along. it’s also a great opportunity to continuously be challenging your mind.

      Cons

      it’s always a challenge working with kids and at kumon you might be working with children anywhere from 5-15 years old.

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
