      Pros

      It's part time and aimed for high school students who want to make some pocket money. The job is pretty easy and laid back and not much intensive, laborious work.

      Cons

      During peak time (around 5-6 pm), students start piling in their work and it can get a little overwhelming grading papers and trying to get the graded papers back to the students in time.

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
