Taxes you must pay by yourself from your small salary. - There is no opportunity to grow up, every day you must sell product following same scenario - Training before starting work usually takes around 3 weeks, it’s depends from candidate group, mentor ability and exam appointment. Yes it’s sound funny but after interview, you should take training before you can past exam, after exam it’s 2 weeks approbation period and if you have conversion near 30% you will be not hired. Anyway, if you will be hired, it’s nothing changes, if one of your month results will be less then 30% conversion you will fired. - Not fair job: you don’t have to concentrate how quality must have trial class, your goal only SELL, sell at any cost to parents, even the smallest package of activities. I think company needs only data of clients. They don’t care about child, only parents and own banking accounts - Company have russian roots
