Pros

Any perceived benefits of working here are typically short-lived. In the long run, the organization is more likely to hinder your career growth than support it. While it markets itself as a global company, its mindset, operations, and leadership approach remain firmly anchored in Wichita (a Tier 3 U.S. town). The contradiction is clear when top executives speak about building global and diverse leadership teams, yet consistently appoint only local direct reports. It’s evident they don’t lead by example. Leadership is insular, with most senior roles filled by individuals who have grown exclusively within the organization. There is a clear preference for promoting a narrow demographic (whites), with limited diversity at all leadership roles. Leadership tends to rely heavily on a set of internal management principles known as PBM – presented as a cultural and operational philosophy, but in practice, often used to justify decisions around hiring, retaining, and terminating employees. Unfortunately, it becomes a shield for incompetence rather than a tool for meaningful leadership.

Cons

Inspiration and visionary leadership are noticeably lacking. The leadership culture is primarily driven by self-preservation rather than genuine people development. Experienced professionals often find the environment stifling. Innovative ideas from non-U.S. employees are frequently handed over to U.S.-based counterparts, who then receive the credit. Under the current operating model, non-U.S. employees are largely excluded from real authority and strategic decision-making. A biased & false narrative around capability and cultural alignment has been shaped by U.S.-based employees stemming not from objective assessment, but from a lack of understanding and unwillingness to embrace cultural differences. There is also a concerning lack of transparency in policies and expectations, which often seem intentionally vague – allowing for arbitrary enforcement that undermines trust. Toxicity is observable across multiple levels of the organization, with country and capability leaders often selected based more on internal relationships and tenure than merit. In summary, if you're an experienced professional or someone seeking an inclusive, forward-thinking workplace. This organization may not align with your expectations.
