Pros

used to be a good place when started with good leaders now nothing

Cons

The company operates in a deeply toxic and super frustrating environment where Performance-Based Management (PBM) is weaponized to push out employees rather than foster their growth. There’s no genuine effort to recognize or promote talent—decisions are made purely to serve the interests of top management, who show little to no concern for the overall development or well-being of their teams. Power and full authority are given to individuals who lack credibility, further exacerbating the issues. The environment is stifled by a lack of vision and is plagued by leaders who are neither honest nor competent. Instead of driving progress and innovation, leadership is more focused on maintaining control and suppressing any potential threats to their authority. It's incredibly sad that the HQ team remains oblivious to the mess, unable or unwilling to see the damage being done. Compensation is also dependent on your relationship with supervisor else nothing works.

Pros

Good insurance. The Atlanta office was more flexible with remote/hybrid work

Cons

The politics. People devalue teammates. Constantly changing direction so no meaningful impact can be made. Not a lot of diversity. If you don’t ask how someone’s kids are, you get complaints that you’re cold and difficult. Got there and a reorg killed the reason I was hired and was never provided with any sort of hope of growth opportunities.
