all management level people from third party industry and making captive as third party
management dont know to manage work pressure if any
simple work make it complicated
they force us to work from office but if we visit office we can not concentrate on work just meeting meeting meeting
too many team meetings which is waste
no appriciation
no bonus concept
they just give hike to people who lick their foot.
