Pros

-Location -Management and HR are always available and approachable. -Work Perks – Ergonomics, Starbucks coffee in break rooms, Gym in workplace, Dry cleaning and Starbucks/Dunkin Donuts near-by, etc. -Strong encouragement of work/life balance -Company growth -Inner departments/employees always willing to learn from each other.

Cons

-Lack of organized training.* -Lack of standard operating procedures.* -Lack of employee recognition. -Option to work from home is only available to some departments. -Employees responsible for the cost of parking. -Out-of-pocket cost for benefits. -Opportunities to meet and develop relationships with other peers outside their respective team are not available. It would be nice to interact with others on other floors as well as with GP, encouraging mentorship, etc. *They're working on these items now.

Pros

Good group of folks to work with

Cons

Culture is almost cult-ish Doesn't pay well Unless you don't spew out PBM vocabulary, you're not seen as a 'valuable' member of the team
